29 Jan 2017 Bob Martin signs a commercial agreement with Nestlé Purina and choose TESISQUARE® as a B2B provider for its business transaction
Following the commercial agreement to acquire Nestle’s Purina PetCare unit in Europe and in anticipation of the consequent increased volume of ordering data, the UK-based manufacturer Bob Martin adopted TESI e-Integration, the TESISQUARE® Integration Brokerage platform in order to carry out worldwide commercial transactions with its business partners.
The deal was completed on 1 January 2016 and included the acquisition of Nestle Purina’s PetCare manufacturing, distribution and salesforce in France, Italy and Spain enabling Bob Martin to expand its presence in Europe.
Bob Martin was founded in 1892 in Southport, England, by Robert (Bob) Martin; the company produces and sells a wide range of products for pet owners that are available in supermarkets, and petshops.
